Customized Items
All products offered by our business are made to order and customized to the customer’s specifications. Because each item is uniquely created based on your preferences, all sales are final. Once an order is placed and production has begun, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason other than damage incurred during shipping.

Damage During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged due to a carrier error, you may be eligible for a replacement. To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the following:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

Once the damage is verified, we will remake and ship your item at no additional cost.

Customer Responsibility
Please review your customization details carefully before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer, including incorrect names, dates, colors, or other design details.
